Reflexology is a gentle but effective treatment that sits safely alongside conventional medical treatment to improve
individual wellbeing.
What to expect from your treatment:
By stimulating anatomical landmarks on the feet, gentle pressure and manipulation can be applied to restore balance in body and
mind.
Through my studies and practice I have witnessed reflexology to improve sleep quality, improve mood and wellbeing by the reduction
of tension and stress.

A comfortable welcoming environment in a dedicated treatment room in a beautiful rural setting on the outskirts of Shepton Mallet.
A mobile treatment visit to your home address (within Somerset) at a time that is convenient for you with the same comfort and attention as a treatment
room consultation.
Shoes and socks are the only clothing that needs to be removed and your comfort will be ensured throughout.
Treatment is carried out on reclining chair with plenty of pillows and blankets.
Post treatment there is time for quiet relaxation and a glass of water followed by treatment feedback.
Following the treatment, it is best in the following hours to avoid exertion, stay hydrated and to avoid substances such as
caffeine, alcohol and nicotine.

Initial appointment will be 75 mins to allow for time to discuss your medical history and treatment requirements.
About me
I hail from a medical background having worked as an NHS Paramedic for 17 years. I had always wanted to help people and
found my career with the ambulance service rewarding, challenging and character building!
Reflexology was recommended to me by a GP as a I was struggling with tension related ailments and fatigue.
Since leaving the ambulance service, I have trained as a level 3 Reflexologist with the Temple Academy which is
nationally accredited, and I am now a fully insured and registered member of the Association of Reflexologists.
